Manage the internship program/seminar, which is designed to empower interns, help develop their leadership skills, and foster community within the MSU space
Collaborate with staff to ensure proper development of interns
Monitor intern retention in conjunction with the Retention Director and the Executive Director
Maintain contact with faculty sponsors to provide academic credit for the internship program
Research and be familiar with academic policies, resources, and retention rates at UC Berkeley
Maintain and continuously update the retention resource center (i.e. testing supplies, postgraduate resource guides, health kits, community library, etc), and promote the use of these resources and those provided for students on and off campus
Create database to track the use of retention services (i.e. green books, scantrons, etc)
Provide avenues for students for academic, social, and cultural retention
